中文版景点下次再聊😁Things I did in NYHi Si,Below is a list of places I visited when I went to NY last year. I didn't really have an itinerary but spent a day for each part of Manhattan. I was only there for 3-4 days and basically spent one day in Lower Manhattan, one day in Middle/West side Manhattan, and one day in upper Manhattan/Central park.Lower Manhattan:9/11 memorial - this is where the World Trade Centers used to be. Admission cost is up to you. I think most people just pay $10 for donation. The new towers should be completed by now so you might be able to visit them. I heard there's also a 9/11 museum too.wall street - You're going to NY so of course you have to go to Wall Street. I made the mistake of going during the weekend so it wasn't very busy. Or maybe it wasn't a mistake?Brooklyn bridge - cool bridge with nice viewsChinatown - like I told you before, its just like any china town. You can take the free Ferry to Staten island and have a clear view of the Statue of Liberty. There's not much to do on Staten Island so I just took the next ferry back ;)When I went, the Statue of Liberty was closed down due to the government shutdown. It should be worth going to but check the tickets online before you go. I'm not sure but you might have to book.Washington Square Park - this is an interesting park. The piano man was playing here when I went. There is also a section where many people play chess. See this article about the piano man: http://www.dnainfo.com/new-york/20110606/greenwich-village-soho/crazy-piano-guy-brings-baby-grand-washington-square-parkSOHO- this area has many boutique stores, shopping for brand name stuff. The Architecture is interesting but shops are expensive. It's worth seeing.High Line - it used to be a railroad but now it's a park. It's not far from SOHO and Chelsea MarketChelsea Market - lots of food here and interesting decorations at this market. I came here for lunch after going to SOHO and the High lineUpper Manhattan/Central Park:Museum of Natural History - I spent a rainy afternoon here. You can easily spend more than 3hours here if you're interested in science, space, dinosaurs etc. It's located opposite the The Metropolitan Museum of Art and both are inside central park. The Park itself is huge. Prepare to walk a lot! There should be more activities at Central park if you go during the weekend.Middle Manhattan:Rockefeller Center - Another tall building in NY. The views are supposed to be better here because you can see the Empire state building. I didn't get to go because it was booked out. You might want to buy the ticket earlier in the day and come back for the afternoon/sunset view of the city.Empire state building - The iconic building of NY.Have you seen Phantom of the Opera? I saw it in Sydney many years ago and I recommend it if you haven't seen it already. Even if you have, it should be better at Broadway!Times square - this place is very crowded with tourists and bright lights. The lights were so bright, you can feel the warmth on your skin. I don't recommend taking pictures with the mascots.... they can be aggressive and demand payment. I didn't like this place but you should go see it anyway.Food:NY is famous for its NY Steak and NY Pizza. The ones I tried were ok. Nothing spectacular. You may have better luck than me finding a good restaurant. It is also famous for Shake Shack burgers. I tried it and thought it was ok too :P However, the queue to Shake Shack is very very long. It's just burgers to me but maybe you'll like it more. These are just the places I remember and there are many many more places to visit in NY. Check out Tripadvisor NYC app. It was very useful when I was travelling. You'll need a 3G connection on your phone. This morning has been very productive, thanks to you :)I almost forgot, The Flatiron building is pretty cool too. This is where I saw Morgan Freeman ;)带着去旅行旅行美国纽约美国旅游 自由行@生活薯
